Angela joined the firm in 2006 after her call to the Ontario Bar that same year. She received her B.A. from McGill University in 2002, and her J.D. from Queen's University in 2005. While at Queen's University, Angela was also a case worker for Queen's Legal Aid, from 2002 to 2005. Angela completed her articles in June of 2006, and she now practices primarily in estates and trusts.
Angela is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is also a section member of the Ontario Bar Association for Estates and Trusts.

John graduated with a B.A. from the University of New Brunswick in 1965, and received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1969. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1971, John joined R. Keith Stainton in private practice in 1989, after practicing as a sole practitioner in downtown Toronto. John also spent five years employed with the Legal Services Department for the government of the Northwest Territories before returning to Toronto to practice. John's main areas of practice are residential and commercial real estate, and corporate law.
John retired from private practice in December of 2011.
The original principal of the firm, R. Keith Stainton began practicing in 1960, focusing primarily in real estate (residential and commercial) as well as estates and trusts. He has since retired from private practice.
Edward received his LL.B. from Osgoode in 1989, and practiced for six years at a large downtown firm before becoming in-house counsel for a large financial institution. Edward later became a sole practitioner and assisted the firm in the areas of corporate law and estates planning.
Edward was a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and passed away in June of 2009.
