All information collected from clients is done so in a lawful and non-obtrusive way, and will only be used for the purpose of your file. No personal information or information relating to a file will be disclosed to any third party unless prior consent from the client is obtained, or unless mandatory by court order or subpoena. Personal contact information will never be sold or provided to third parties for the purpose of marketing or mailing lists.

Be aware that e-mail is not a secure medium unless specifically encrypted to be so. If sending e-mail correspondence to the firm in regards to a sensitive matter, please note that your correspondence may not be secure.
